Modern life is full of stress, right? Stress seems to be a major buzzword in the healthy living field. We hear about stress, and its effects are bandied about so often that it’s lost some of its punch. Those are the biggies, but stress can have a smaller impact on our health as well. Your immune system is weakened by stress, which means your body may find it difficult to bounce back from simple injuries and colds. Additionally, nobody enjoys the pressure that comes from being stressed out all the time. And even if you think you’re doing a good job of hiding it, chances are it’s effecting the people around you more than you realize.
